Carl figured out that my video card was failing intermittently. He helped me find a replacement online that was on sale at a store close by and we went there and picked it up. I also got an upgrade for my memory and DVD drive and two case fans. Carl installed them and everything was working again. A few days later over the phone he helped me backup my files then start the Windows 7 installation because I needed to re-install it. And he helped me with a problem activating Windows afterward. I will definitely use his services again.

Very fast, very helpful, very accommodating. I am certainly taking all my computer needs to him. Sounds very knowledgeable. He seems like a great and understanding person. Being a college student on a small budget its hard to find nice ,affordable, and accurate help, but Carl Gibson did not disappoint.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $50 for the 1st hr (1 hr minimum), $40 per hr thereafter billed in 1/4 hr increments.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology and analyzing and fixing problems. I also love working with my hands.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Replacing broken laptop screens is a very common request I receive. When closing the lid on your laptop, always grasp it by both corners or in the center at the top. Closing the laptop by grasping only one corner twists the screen and is a very common way they get cracked.
