Introduction: I am a certified health, wellness and life coach and a certified transformational coach with proven track record for success for clients. I meet clients in person, on phone or best available location. I have worked with corporations as a coach for individual employees of all levels to reach personal and career goals. I have worked with individual to reach personal health, family and career goals. Most clients are in Costa Mesa, Newport, and Irvine areas. I specialize in body, mind and loving care. I coach for career, health and wellness, family issues. I also teach classes, personal grocery shopping, simple quick cooking techniques and making good health and eating habits enjoyable and easy. I work with doctors and within medical perimeters for those with medical issues, such as diabetes, weight, heart disease and more.
