- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes travel fee and notary fees as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that you have your docs and id ready when we arrive to make things go as quickly and smoothly as possible. No id? No problem! You will need two persons who personally know you to vouch for you saying you are who you say you are; they will need to have their id.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the State of California. Bonded and insured.
