Ive been renting a home through DAP PROPS LLC for two years, and its been an amazing experience. Their online portal makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests so easy. When my dishwasher stopped working, their in-house handyman team fixed it the next day. Highly recommend!

Very responsive. They are also able to offer suggestions without being pushy about items. Only improvement recommended is a more clear/clean yearly finance breakdown. Would work with again.

This company is really great a the filling properties, I have a handful of houses in 29 palms and every tenant they've found is exceptional. They're also honest about what I need to do to get my properties rent-ready and picture worthy and they help me out where they can but they are good at educating me about what I should do and why I should do it, every decision I've made that has costed me money with them has paid off.
