I talked over a few menu options with Jerron. I explained that there were more than 40 guests invited and 40 definite eaters at that moment. He suggested 3 mains based on the age range of guests coming, which were Salmon, Roasted Chicken and Talapia. He then had 2 appetizer suggestions, which were, Cajun Shrimp Scampi and Strawberry Spinach Salad. Then 2 Main/Sides., whic were Roasted Potatoes, Mixed Veggies of Cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. People went back for seconds. There was more than enough tasty food and absolutely nothing was left behind. I think that the completely empty plates spoke to the awesome food supplied. It was truly a meal that people loved and there were so many compliments. My only regret is that rather than picking up the food I had had Jerron serve his food. He should have heard the compliments.

This review is long overdue! Kraving Melodies provided a wonderful variety of delicious foods for our work event. They were very flexible and helpful when planning the menu - a real pleasure to work with. I will definitely be hiring them for future events and highly recommend their services!

Ron and Lauren are a great team that made our graduation party a success! My daughter is vegan so not easy to find caterers. But, they did a wonderful job - yummy enchiladas, stir fry, chili, rice, and salad! Our guests went back for seconds and thirds - and no one else was vegan! Very flavorful! They were accommodating and helpful and made the process easy. I would definitely use their services again!

The food was excellent and their family was a joy to have in the house. It was a blessing to have Jerron and his wife creating tasty dishes in our kitchen. Well worth the expense and the South African wine pairing was delicious! Thank you!
