- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discount for bi-weekly clean for a minimum of 3 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we would setup a call to get to know more of the condition of the house, get the actual square feet and obtain any other special requests (oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning etc) so we can provide the actual cost and estimate hours to complete the job. When cost is decided, we will go ahead and confirm the date and time of our clean. Payment can be made after the clean. For cancellations, we require a notice of at least 48 hours in advance so we can prioritize our time as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After completing a certificate in Interior Design, I discovered my passion for home cleaning and organization. My husband, on the other hand, has over three years of experience as a laboratory technician which involved maintaining a clean and safe environment for biohazard materials. Our home cleaning system is based on the methods we learned and applied from The Profit Cleaners.
