What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My evaluation costs are waived if customer decides to proceed with my proposal. Unfortunately gas prices are going crazy and some areas we can’t just go to for free anymore.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers ranging from 18-25 year olds all the way up to 85+ year olds. Everyone is a customer for life when they call in to us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get 3 proposals and be comfortable with whomever your choosing to work within your home.
