The work was great! He did both sofas removing the stains on them. They look like when I bought them 4 years ago. He was detailed in cleaning them and he even offered to clean the area rug and that came out looking like new! I recommend him 100%. He was polite and on time.

I had my carpets cleaned and was extremely impressed with the results. My carpet was very dirty and even had paint stains, but he was able to remove them and make the carpet look brand new again. He was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend him for future projects and to friends. Great service all around!

I scheduled with this provider twice, and both confirmed appointments were missed without any communication. Considerable effort was required on my end just to get the appointments set and to receive basic responses. When they failed to show, there was no proactive outreach, apology, or accountability. Reliability and communication are fundamental for any service, and unfortunately this experience reflected neither.
