FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most recently we cleaned a 3 story college library over 15,000 square feet, in Claremont that has not been cleaned since the carpet was installed over 10 years ago. The carpet was heavily soiled with plenty of spill stains. After we finished the Dean and his staff were extremely pleased with the results.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Majority of the work we perform is carpet and upholstery cleaning. However we also do tile&grout, flood damage remediation as well as carpet repair

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions. If you feel that the technician is unable to properly answer your question or is unable to get you the proper answer with in a reasonable time, you should probably pass on that company. Also you can go to www.iicrc,org and look for information about questions to ask as a cunsumer
