Saxophone Lessons

When I work with students, I figure out where they are in their music knowledge and abilities. I give them the necessary information that builds a foundation for the lessons. From there, I begin to push students and work on sight-reading, tone, music theory, etc. I also work on students with improvisation, if they are interested in pursuing jazz or other genres that include improvisation. With over 10 years experience on saxophone and jazz improvisation, I understand a lot of common issues that sax players face, and can help students to overcome these. The most enjoyable aspect of teaching lessons, is seeing my students improve. Since I've taken lessons my whole life, It brings me joy to know that I'm helping others progress in their musical journey as well.
