FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love to learn different kind of cultures when it comes to food. I don't think you can ever get bored, you just have to try new ingredients and methods. I am planning on going to guatemala this year to learn all I can about there food culture and tradition recipes. I also am looking forward to achieving more certifications, for example joining the personal chef association and more like it. I want to become a well rounded chef and want to learn and achieve certificates from both personal chef and restaurant industries.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not hard to see why I love doing what I do for a living. The moment I walk in to your house or you see me in the streets or even come over to try my food you see my face blow up in happiness. Food is my live, it's more then just making something i'm so passionate about it. Nothing else makes me as happy as talking about my work or a dish i'm working on, except my family of course lol. Everyone always tells me i'm meant for this job and industry because as soon as I start talking about it they see the happiness and passion come straight out faster then a speeding bullet.
