After a very high wind storm a couple days ago, our pool was covered with leaves and debris. Mike, our regular service tech, went above and beyond cleaning our pool today. This was her regular weekly service call that required her to work much harder and more diligent than normal resulting in my pool never looking so good! So, my thanks, praise and congratulations to Mike for a job extremely well done! I've been using Urban Green for about 3 months and have been more than satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and most of all their competence."See more

I figured since the summer season was ending, prices might be getting better for pools and it might finally be time to bite down and get my dream pool. The process didn't take as long as I expected, and the result was beautiful! I would suggest UVSP to anybody looking to get their pool work done. I trusted him so much I left cash for him without even meeting him, sometimes you can just tell someone is trustworthy. Not only did he trim my palm, he went the extra step and removed the trimmings that fell into my pool!! As promised, he sent a pic when he was done. And this was when it was 106 degrees outside, I only wish I could have been home so I could have given him and his crew unlimited ice water! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"See more

I had algae, the filter wasn’t clearing the water, and I was doing my own novice mix of chemicals that wasn’t working. I connected with Darnell and In Too Deep Cleaning Pool Services. He responded right away, came out within an hour even though it was his day off, cleaned the filter, fixed the chemicals in the pool, and adjusted my filter settings. The next morning, the pool was sparkling and the pool party was saved! Darnell texted me to make sure everything was good, and came back out the next day to adjust my filter’s daily run settings. I was so happy when he said his company offers residential weekly service - I’m a new customer now! I feel really fortunate to have found a professional who is kind, knowledgeable and responsive.
