Customer service and satisfaction have been my specialty for years. I've worked within teams and have educated/trained many colleagues over the years. I was also a team leader for most of my collegiate team/group projects. In addition, I worked at the college tutoring center for a few years and am in the process of obtaining my CBEST teaching credentials. Coupled with my extensive education and my people-person personality, I am the tutor of your future.
