Stefan is above average in my book. I sent a message on the app requesting his service and he responded in 10 minutes and came out the very next day. He diagnosed the issue with our Samsung clothes washing machine and promptly was back out in three days when the part came in. In fact the part came in at 4:45 PM and he called me and asked if he can come over. He was professional in every manner and my wife and I will absolutely reach out to him again if we need his expertise. You should too!
