I had a great experience with this business. Stefan was really great! I need my washing machine fixed, but my washer was beyond fixing. We live in a senior community and my husband and I are old and can’t get around very well. Stefan offered to take care of everything as of ordering my new washer. He asked what price range what brand I wanted and he took care of everything and I appreciate him so. I won’t work with anybody else for my appliances. Stefan is above average in my book. I sent a message on the app requesting his service and he responded in 10 minutes and came out the very next day. He diagnosed the issue with our Samsung clothes washing machine and promptly was back out in three days when the part came in. In fact the part came in at 4:45 PM and he called me and asked if he can come over. He was professional in every manner and my wife and I will absolutely reach out to him again if we need his expertise. You should too!
