Stefan was quick to understand the problem and realized the microwave oven repair could not be accomplished. He did not attempt to make a service call and bill for time he knew would not be fruitful.

Stefan helped us replace the front rubber door boot of our washer. He was very punctual and let us know exactly when he would show up at our apartment.
