- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to procure materials on your behalf or work with materials you purchase yourself. Either way, we will help you navigate this whole process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation, send photos and design examples 2. We will visit your home and discuss opportunities and even mock-up details mouldings for you. 3. Once you are happy and comfortable we will schedule a date to begin work. 4. We will communicate with you all the way up to the start. 5. We will perform our work and keep work areas neat and safe for you. If additional days are required for the scope, we will ensure your home is in the best order possible (swept floors, trash removed, holes closed up, etc.) 6. Upon completion of scope, we will walk with you and ensure you are happy with the final product. 7. Once YOU are happy, we will collect payment. We offer several solutions for your convenience (Cash, Check, Credit & Debit Card, Venmo) 8. We will stay in contact with you for future work!
