- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base fee of 5% per rental unit (5% of the monthly rental income) for example if the monthly rent was $1000.00 the management fee would be $50.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet with new clients and go over step by step the services we offer. Meeting with our clients not only helps us get to know our owners better but helps us understand their needs and wants in a property manager - and nothing is lost in translation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by helping our real estate clients buy investment homes then gradually moved into managing said homes as well.
