- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is value-driven and reasonable but highly dependent on the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My proven process is the following: 1. Discovery - potential clients will find me and determine if what I offer is consistent with their needs. 2. Exploration call - during our initial call, I will ask you a series of questions and request information to get a general understanding of your immediate needs (typically tax/accounting help), your business goals and how it relates to your personal financial and investment goals. 3. Proposal and Engagement - I will propose services that will best match your immediate needs and get your feedback for what's appropriate before sending you a formal engagement letter and proceeding with the contracted services. 4. Delivery - I will deliver upon our objectives and ensure that your immediate needs met. 5. Feedback, Planning and Execution - Once your immediate needs are met and as I have a better understanding of your situation, I will ask you about your medium and long-term goals and propose the most value-driven approaches to help you meet those goals. We will adjust and adapt our scope of services periodically.

-12 years of experience in accounting and tax related work -8 years of experience as an independent practitioner and business consultant -4 years of foundational experience working under CPAs at various firms including PricewaterouseCoopers (PwC) -Bachelor of Science in Commerce in Accounting from Santa Clara University
