- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing for our superior service. Since we are a full service accounting firm it is always cheaper to have one company handle your Bookkeeping, Payroll, and all of your tax filings including income tax. Simply put, bundle and save! Sorry for the cliche!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always fun to learn the systems of a new client. We never fail to find more efficient processes which allows us to spend more time on financial insights into their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years of experience understanding and mastering systems of small business. Once we dial in on the timely and accurate processes then we look to streamline them more. We never stop looking for ways to improve on every aspect of our client's needs.
