Todd is a superherp! My very treasured mailbox broke yesterday and legally the mailman cant deliver mail to a broken box. Todd was here within 10 minutes of my call and used his creative genius to make it like new! I am so impressed and I am making a list of all sorts of things big and small for him to fix! He is a gift!

Did a really good job especially since the hot water heater was larger than normal.

A Good Handyman's reply

Thank you for the great review! We really appreciate you trusting us with the installation. The larger-than-normal water heater made the job a little more challenging, but we’re glad we could get everything installed properly and that you’re happy with the results. Thank you for choosing A Good Handyman!

Hired on Thumbtack

Thank you Todd. He was very communicative and polite. Did such a beautiful job on our patio in just a couple days with deep cleaning, setting up plants and a mosquito net, and painting over the old paint. Result is a brand new, clean patio. Awesome job! Everything we wanted

Todd is thoughtful and conscientious. He works diligently and communicates well. Todd assembled freestanding cabinets from Amazon and end tables from Wayfair for us. Todd also hung several curtain rods. We are glad that we hired Todd and plan to hire him again for more projects in the future.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give fair prices based on each job. I prefer to see the job first before I give a price depending on what it is. If I quote a price it is subject to inspection, meaning if I do quote a price without seeing the job, I will take a look at it and confirm the price before I begin any work. Plumbing and electrical are priced higher than lower skilled tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I discuss your project with you to determine the scope of the work and find out if you have everything already purchased that will be needed for the installation. I will discuss my fees with you and schedule a day and time to come out and complete the job that is most convenient for you
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology and Business, LOL. I also have been a handyman for the last 6 years with over sixty 5 star reviews on other lead sites. I have recently joined Thumbtack because they are a much better source for me and share similar values.
