Doug was great! He was on time and fixed our microwave very quickly. I'd highly recommend him to help repair appliances. In fact, he is returning to fix the burner on our counter top stove!

I thought it was an appropriate referral as I just needed leaky faucets fixed. But Doug was unable to turn off the water system and the turn off then sprayed and leaked. I called my plumber who tightened it with a wrench. He had previously installed kitchen ones which have no washers. Doug didn't seem to know that. Otherwise a nice man and he did not charge me.

He's honestly a scam. He canceled the first appointment and never showed up for the second one. I messaged him and he responded NOT. Beware of this business.
