- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are upfront! What we can offer is high quality - timeless images that you can cherish for a lifetime! Don’t be fixated on the price that you forgot to look at quality. It can be quite difficult to compare just based on price, because often times photographers’ pricing structures are different- not to mention that our experience and quality of work is going to be different too! We are all about giving the customer the best possible value. We may not be the lowest absolute price, but we provide a level of service that the discount photographers might not provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hired, you will get unlimited pre-wedding consultation via email or text. We are very responsive, the only time we will not answer your emails or texts right away is when we’re probably documenting a wedding, but rest assured you’ll get an answer within 24-48 hours of your email and text within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years of experience as a photographer, 8 years experience in documenting weddings.
