I contacted Miguel and he gave me pre-instructions over the phone on how to take care of it and he was there the following day to replace my hardwood floors. Larry B. says, "Gerardo and his team did a fantastic job on my project, which had a number of complex details and required a lot of skill. They ripped out about 1,000 feet of hardwood (while I was out of the country, so I obviously trusted them - they sent me a lot of photos to put my mind at ease). They helped me with every part of the project - selecting a LVP vendor, choosing stain, etc. They replaced all the baseboards and sanded and stained a stairway to closely match the LVP. They showed up on time every day, and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. Really hard workers, they know their craft, and they are problem solvers, and there were a lot of problems that cropped up on this project. The house looks so much better. Gerardo really knows floors, and was able to level out our floor, which had "bumps" and slopes in several places due to the house settling (or whatever) over the years. They were very responsive and flexible, and Gerardo answered all my many, many questions. Gerardo also does other work, not just floors, and if he doesn't do it, he knows someone that can. I would highly recommend him and his team."See more
