- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give fair prices based on each job. I prefer to see the job first before I give a price depending on what it is. If I quote a price it is subject to inspection, meaning if I do quote a price without seeing the job, I will take a look at it and confirm the price before I begin any work. Plumbing and electrical are priced higher than lower skilled tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I discuss your project with you to determine the scope of the work and find out if you have everything already purchased that will be needed for the installation. I will discuss my fees with you and schedule a day and time to come out and complete the job that is most convenient for you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology and Business, LOL. I also have been a handyman for the last 6 years with over sixty 5 star reviews on other lead sites. I have recently joined Thumbtack because they are a much better source for me and share similar values.
