Myisha is very knowledgeable and experienced with various situations we would encounter when renting out a property. Myisha was a great resource during our tenant application screening process with her detailed analysis and careful considerations. She also helped us out of a couple tricky situations to maintain a healthy relationship with the tenants. Michael is also great to work with. He is very punctual and dedicated when managing the property showing for us, and also handled physical security by the book. Michael is also dependable in communicating appointment times with the tenants. Overall, we would highly recommend M.A.W.A.

MAWA Enterprises is truly the best Property Management company I have dealt with. The Property manager is professional and attentive to her clients' needs. I find the manager actually responds / She is reachable at non-working hours via texts or email! They fully understand the landlords' best interest and manage accordingly eg. rental trend analysis/ recommendation, transition seamlessly between old/new tenants with least rental loss, call to discuss instead of sending a cold email The renter screening process is solid. So we get our property rented on time and property is maintained. They are efficient in taking over the tasks most investment owners do not have the expertise to accomplish. The reasons above is why MAWA Enterprises is our only choice for property management for our future investment homes.

M.A.W.A Enterprise Inc. Has done a great job regarding my investment into real estate. As a property owner they were with me every step of the way. they conducted themselves professionally. They returned my calls promptly and when ever I had a question they always made me feel like it was ok to ask no matter how big or small the question was. Being new to Investment property ownership they are extremely knowledgeable as the owner also holds a real estate license. I will continue to use them for all of my investing, property management and contract advice. I would definitely recommend M.A.W.A Enterprise Inc.

Myisha can always be counted on providing excellent service and quality with her property management assignments. I have hired her for several properties that I own and she is always on time and available to answer any questions. She let's me know what is going on with any potential tenant issues in a timely manner, and she works hard at keeping all the i's dotted and t's crossed when it comes to contracts. I would hire her without a doubt for any future properties.

I could only pick three out of the five., However, The company exhibits all 5 of the qualities. M.A.W.A, valued my time and extraordinary punctuality, with my busy life, the company made my life less stressful, They explained everything in detail. I referred a few family friends who also needed property management. Very professional. They vetted all my tenants with back ground checks and employment checks. great company!

M.A.W.A. Enterprise will consult with the client. Set an appointment to go out and take a look at the subject property and discuss the owners primary needs in detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The firm has a license in real estate. The firm has access to the Real Estate MLS and can run comparables on subject properties within minutes. Top access to all real estate markets in California from Sales to Rentals which include Investment properties. Clients can ask for reports which can be delivered for free to the existing client.
