Introduction: Hi Family! My passion is connecting and building the community that played a role in who I am today. I have tapped into the Art of Yoga, using full body movement and breathing techniques as a way to self-heal. My goal is to help anyone else achieve the same benefits that Yoga has provided me. My focus is creating personalized sequences specifically designed to meet your personal needs, whether they be physical or mental. I teach Yoga, sound healing and I teach meditation. That can look and show up in many different ways, whether it’s corporate yoga for team building, if you have a company yourself or work for a company and you feel you could benefit from mindfulness, reach out to me. If you are looking for a personal practice and you want to book a private session; whether thats you alone, you with a friend or spouse, you and your kids.
If you want to do a private party for a group, we can do that too. I actually hosted a really cool bridal party with yoga and meditation. Conscious Conversation, Yoga and Meditation, good food, it was a great time.
