- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of cleaning, size of the space, condition, and any add-on services such as fridge, oven, inside windows, carpet, upholstery, rugs, or mattress cleaning. We provide clear pricing before the job starts and do not add hidden fees. If the scope changes, we discuss it with the customer first. Referral discounts may be available for returning customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. First, we ask a few questions about the property, including the type of cleaning needed, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, and any add-on services such as fridge, oven, inside windows, carpet, upholstery, rugs, or mattress cleaning. After that, we provide an estimate, confirm the date and time, and arrive with the proper cleaning supplies and equipment. Once the cleaning is completed, we make sure the customer is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in the cleaning industry, including residential cleaning, commercial properties, banks, restaurant kitchens, and post-construction homes. This experience helped me learn how to handle different types of cleaning, use proper products and equipment, and pay close attention to detail.
