- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like typically have a phone conversation prior to working with my client. I like to also have them send me a pic of themselves so I can start getting an idea as to what I am going to do. For Brides I always recommend a trial to put them at ease on the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked and trained with over 21 cosmetic lines including NARS, Chanticalle, Bobbi Brown, Keihls, and Lancome. I have a current Esthetics licence and have been doing professional makeup since 1996.
