FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On average, pricing is $100 per session, but prices will vary slightly depending on whether you are coming to me, I am driving to you or the session is online. There are also discounts for packages of sessions purchased in advance; 5% for 5 sessions, 10% for 10 sessions and 20% for 20 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what the customers needs and goals are, but I always offer a phone consultation of up to 30 minutes at no charge to assess the client's needs, how best I can help them and to share my philosophy and how I will do so. This gives us a chance to connect and see if we are a good fit before any money is spent so the client can have both comfort and confidence in their decision to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in health and fitness and personal training for over 20 years with experience and education in martial arts, isometrics and calisthenics, resistance training, cardio conditioning and nutrition. All of this knowledge allows me to help people reach their goals in the fastest, safest and most enjoyable way possible! But my love for health and wellness extends beyond the physical body into my passion to make a difference for others. As a personal trainer, I often saw people that wanted results, but would sabotage themselves or fall short of their goals. I knew something was missing. So I reformatted my approach and started addressing fitness from the inside out. The result was way beyond weight loss or building muscle. Suddenly I had clients telling me that I had changed their life forever. I had discovered my passion for helping others create real and lasting change in every area of their lives, beyond fitness. So after decades of study, exploration and success in various methods from NLP to Spiritual study to Breathwork, I focused on and chose to specialize in Strategic Intervention training. Strategic Intervention is dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, game theory, and others. The goal of Strategic Intervention is to integrate the core insights of the numerous psychology traditions into a method of practical strategic action. It encompasses strategies that span from the belief systems and emotional patterns within an individual, to individual relationships, to group dynamics, to organizational and cultural interventions. Aa a trained Strategic Intervention coach, I am able to navigate these different arenas to help you get the results you desire and deserve as quickly, effectively and safely as possible.
