Freezer stopped working due to a sensor failure. AK came to my house a few hours after contacting with the repair part. Had my freezer up and running again. Price was fair compared to other quotes I had received. I highly recommend.

Alex was very professional and communicated his arrival time to properly coordinate the service calls. Service was friendly and he took the time to discuss my machine with me. I moved into a new apartment and the washer/dryer combo wasn't functional. Unfortunately my washer dryer was beyond repair even after 2 service calls (years of the previous tenants not maintaining it), but I will definitely reach out to him again in the future for any other fixes I may have. Highly recommend.
