Alex is an excellent technician. He is very organized and very clean. He explained the problem and did several tests to try and fix our microwave. I would highly recommend Alex as the technician to call for all appliances.

Awesome experience! I had an issue with my kitchen sink and Alex was able to come within 2 hours to save the day. They quickly figured out what was going on and fixed it, but spent extra time making sure everything else looked okay and wouldn’t give me problems in the future. Would definitely recommend and will reach out to them if I have any other kitchen/appliance issues in the future.

He responded in 1 minute and was at my tenants house the next day. We had a 12 year old disposal that I am supposed kept running this long. He swapped it in about an hour and provided a 12 month part warranty and a 90 day labor / service warranty in writing via email. If your warranty doesn’t cover or you have no warranty coverage, this is the guy. Our just relapsed and isn’t active until May 1st. This guy saved us while not covered for 1 month.
