What separates Mike from other contractors is how he will take care of you even after the transaction!!
I was looking to get my garage converted into a rental ADU unit. I met with 3 different contractors who all provided with competitive quotes. The next contractor was Mike and we connected right away. Mike showed up and did a comprehensive assessment and provided us with a quote. From the research and review of positive customer testimonies, I decided to go with Mike.
Mike's workers were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time everyday and kept us updated on all their work tasks. The construction went smoothly and the workers were very accommodating on the requests we made. The project turned out great and we have been getting a lot of compliments.
What I really appreciate about Mike is that he has been very responsive in dealing with minor issue after the job was completed. Some if the issues presented themselves after construction was done. The issue were minor and Mike solved the issues right away. This is very important because some issue cannot be avoided during the construction. There is no way that a contractor can avoid all of them during the process. What is more important is that Mike has been there to solve the issues for us after the fact. Thank you for a great job and being there for us even after.!
