I had a great experience with Cali Bug & Rodent maintenance. I reached out to James late at night when realizing I had a bed bugs. He responded quickly providing answers to my many questions. We were able to schedule an extermination with in a couple of days. James was able to work around my schedule. Upon arrival he was super punctual and pleasant. He provided me with reassurance since I was pretty much having a panic attack and was on the edge of throw everything away! James did a great job communicating with me and check on after the treatments. His pricing were responsible. I would highly recommend Cali Bug & Rodent maintenance for any of annoying insects issues.

This gentleman was amazing. He was very timely with his response and professionalism. He was very thorough with his inspection. He was able to assess where the point of entry was and seal it and everything else he thought should be sealed up. I feel much better after he made the necessary repairs. He also gave me a warranty. I contacted Jimmy and he was able to come service my parent’s house with same day service and he did NOT disappoint. He was responsive during scheduling and punctual when it came to the appointment. He went above and beyond than what he really needed to, and educated/gave us so much tips on how to deal with our roach issues. He knew where the little critters were, and covered every inch. It’s been 2 hours since his service and we are already seeing those little suckers dying. Price is unmatched, so affordable especially for the heavy infestation that we had. Highly recommend 10/10 will be our only go-to pest control company!!!!
