Talk to them I let them tell me what problem are they having from there we schedule an appointment I go and I do an inspection from there I start the treatment target the problem and before I leave I make sure that the customer is satisfied and at least has a peace of mind

I go to seminars once a year to catch up on all pesticide precautions And new products that are safe for the environment and people and pets
