I had a great experience with Cali Bug & Rodent maintenance. I reached out to James late at night when realizing I had a bedbugs. He responded quickly providing answers to my many questions. We were able to schedule an extermination with in a couple of days. James was able to work around my schedule. Upon arrival he was super punctual and pleasant. He provided me with reassurance since I was pretty much having a panic attack and was on the edge of throw everything away! James did a great job communicating with me and check on after the treatments. His pricing were responsible. I would highly recommend Cali Bug & Rodent maintenance for any of annoying insects issues.

This gentleman was amazing. He was very timely with his response and professionalism. He was very thorough with his inspection. He was able to assess where the point of entry was and seal it and everything else he thought should be sealed up. I feel much better after he made the necessary repairs. He also gave me a warranty. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Cali Bug for all your help.
Jimmy, went to my mom's house and sister's house to treat for bedbugs. He was very professional, he also sprayed for ants and other insects. He will be returning in two weeks for the second treatment I will do a follow up when treatment is completed. I would recommend him to my friends and if I ever need an exterminator I will call Jimmy again. Thank you

Jimmy was excellent! He was able to identify the problem and identify that it was a small rodent problem and not a raccoon as I originally thought. He quickly shared the plan to get rid of the issue and proceeded to cover all access points to my attic in a very clean and seamless manner that did not detract from the home's aesthetics. Talk to them I let them tell me what problem are they having from there we schedule an appointment I go and I do an inspection from there I start the treatment target the problem and before I leave I make sure that the customer is satisfied and at least has a peace of mind

I go to seminars once a year to catch up on all pesticide precautions And new products that are safe for the environment and people and pets
