I haven’t had the best experience with Thumbback but Eddie and his team member changed my mind. They were so helpful. Super resourceful and professional. They installed my aerial rig in my garage I have an old garage with questionable supporting beams, they didn’t just install as I had asked, they brainstormed on the best approach to make sure it was safe and the most ideal. I’m definitely working with this team again.
