Cheri, Called me the morning of my visit to her property, I told her that I had a very busy day, by the urgency in her voice it seemed, that she required someone to come and fulfill her need of replacing kitchen drawer guides in 5 apts. as quickly as possible. I had offered a finished price for the work in the initial email she received from me before she called me. Most of my customers that receive a price and agree to it proceed to setting up a day and time for the work. I arrived to her location and was received by her daughter at the same time another professional was there, as professionals he asked me what i was called to do and he said that he was called for the same work that cheri hired me for. I called cheri explained that another professional was there for the same work. I think that in the midst of her embarrassment of crossing to professionals at the same time, she backlashed at me with the review that she posted. I was never angry I merely decided that this was not a good work ethic to begin with and let the other professional proceed, I hope that he was treated fairly.
