- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take my time to explain my game plan to the client. I tell them what I'm going to do and why I'm going to do it. Communication is key to a job well done and a satisfied client, so I keep the dialogue open before during and after.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Self-taught. Some of my earliest memories involve taking toys apart and putting them back together. I have always been handy with tools and really enjoy doing most things around the house and in the garage.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I insist on and try my hardest to only work with one type of customer and that's a satisfied customer.
