Floor Coverings International of Van Nuys did absolutely AMAZING work throughout the entire process. Taylor and Annette were so helpful, great communicators, efficient, professional, and kind. Taylor brought his mobile showroom to our house and made the entire process easy for us. The end result was exactly what we wanted (carpet for a remodeled room). Their prices were also under all other quotes I received. Their customer service was top notch. Truly amazing.I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all floor covering needs.

Taylor was extremely professional and patient. He arrived when he said he would and when I had to push date back a few times, once due to weather and another for personal reasons, he totally understood. When we got the quote there were no surprises and no hidden fees. It was exactly as we agreed on.Annette was very kind and was a pleasure to communicate with. She came out a second time since they thought they had a better product close to what I had picked. Which I absolutely loved and chose.His crew was kind, on time, personable and very professional. They know their jobs and clean up afterwards.Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call again if I need any further services as well.Loving my new floors!! Our Samurai is happy too!!

Taylor, Annette, and Cesar made this project both easy and enjoyable. Taylor came out quickly for a bid and then was able to start the work the following week. His rate was reasonable, and he even refused to let me pay him a deposit until he could confirm he could procure the exact flooring I needed (even though I had already agreed to give the work to him). He is just a good human.I had another company come in to bid the project after Taylor and that person overheard some of our conversation. He then tried to tell me that it couldn't be done on Taylor's proposed timeline and/or that certain details would be missed. This approach turned me off and that's why I chose to move forward with Taylor - who met all timelines and exceeded expectations!Thank you so much to everyone at Floor Coverings International! I will follow up with photos once it's furnished!

Could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Taylor is a real down to earth person who made something intimidating extremely easy and effortless! The floor came out PERFECT!!!! The installation crew did it in one day with no cut corners & everything looks perfect! Could not recommend them enough!!! Ill be sending all my friends their way!!!!!

We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
