I trusted Manny to mount my 85" tv, and I am extremely happy with the results. I had originally asked Manny to mount the TV higher on the wall, but when I realized the TV would be too high, I asked him to lower the mount. Manny cares about the satisfaction of his clients, and he agreed it should be lower without hesitation. He removed and remounted; I would have expected other providers to be frustrated, but Manny was professional and happy to help. He also was prepared to apply spacers between the wall in the mount so that I wouldn't block an outlet. The installation was smooth and secure.
