Carlos did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner and fresher after his service. He was also friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because there were a couple of spots that could’ve used a bit more attention, but overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to others.
