With many tools and modalities I help people focus on healing from within.. starting deep within in subconscious mind, where many deeply seeded issues are stemming from and run on autopilot without us noticing it consciously. Have you ever tried to change some unwanted behavior , anxiety or habit to only fail and don't know why?? Because it's driven by subconscious mind which is 90% of our mind and no matter how much you try to change it consciously (10%of your mind) ....subconscious mind (90% of your programming) still wins that is running in the background unnoticed. This is the area I work with. Many people when having a hard time, they look for a solution outside themselves such as communicate better with my spouse, feel socially accepted, or get rid of anxiety. Most of the cases when people look within they find that they don't have good communication with themselves, they don't accept themselves or they have thoughts within them that is causing anxiety . Once I help people make peace within themselves, everything outside them starts coming to an order on it's own or with much less effort. Most of the time we stay on our own way and we don't realize it.
