We had a great experience with Tulkin. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. I contacted them the same day, and even though most of the day had already passed, they managed to fit me in without charging extra—even though it was a Sunday. The technician arrived promptly at 5:18 PM, quickly assessed the problem, and offered a solution right away. He retrieved the necessary parts and completed the repair by 5:50 PM. I couldn’t have gone a day without a working kitchen faucet or filtered water from the refrigerator. I’m incredibly grateful for the quick response and professionalism. Thank you!
