Life saver! We have a window that definitely needs a part replaced but we have to wait for the owner of our condo to move forward with it. Tulkin came out SAME DAY at the time he said he would, and although we weren’t ready to permanently fix our window today he was kind enough to get our window back into the frame so that it wasn’t hanging (a job I was finding IMPOSSIBLE for months) he charged an extremely reasonable price to do this. Once we’re ready to do the full repair we’ll definitely be calling him again, absolutely wonderful!

I contacted them the same day, and even though most of the day had already passed, they managed to fit me in without charging extra—even though it was a Sunday. The technician arrived promptly at 5:18 PM, quickly assessed the problem, and offered a solution right away. He retrieved the necessary parts and completed the repair by 5:50 PM. I couldn’t have gone a day without a working kitchen faucet or filtered water from the refrigerator. I’m incredibly grateful for the quick response and professionalism. Thank you!

I reached out to Tulkin for help adding shelves to an old closet, and he responded quickly. Communication was great throughout the process, and he offered helpful suggestions to make the most of the space. The quality of work was good — some of the wood cuts could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, he did a solid job and provided great value.
