Tulkin did an incredible job on the floor finding a much simpler solution wiht much better result than I exepcted. Additionally he repired the broken stair that was not orignallynin the project. Then I asked him about 2 other repairs (screens and broken granite) and he repaired both with incredible attention to detial and quality. I highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with Tulkin. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He bought and installed luxury vinyl planks in my son’s bedroom and hallway and we’ve asked him to come back and do two more rooms at a later date. They turned out great and we’re very happy!

Tulkin Maintenance Service provided excellent work. I contacted them the same day, and even though most of the day had already passed, they managed to fit me in without charging extra—even though it was a Sunday. The technician arrived promptly at 5:18 PM, quickly assessed the problem, and offered a solution right away. He retrieved the necessary parts and completed the repair by 5:50 PM.
I couldn’t have gone a day without a working kitchen faucet or filtered water from the refrigerator. I’m incredibly grateful for the quick response and professionalism. Thank you!
