Hellen is an amazing life coach. With her guidance over a 2 year plus period my girlfriend, now wife, and I were able to establish a united front that allowed for us to grow as individuals in our relationship. Additionally, Hellen was able to plant the seed of our future selves in our careers, community and family. Hellens ability to help us self reflect is uncanny.Her talent furthered our plans to execute change in tangible manners of habit and practices . A new career, 2 children and a higher caliber of life later, we are a happy married couple sharing the same vision we set with Hellen years prior. One would be lucky to be guided by her talent and treasures.

Thank goodness for Hellena! In just six months of coaching, Hellena helped me discover the most effective tools for finding a new career. Although I already possessed the rights skills to successfully transition out of the corporate law world, I was lost before working with Hellena. Hellena brought structure to the task of self exploration, which increased my confidence and encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone (in a good way). Hellena did much more than help me get a new job - she helped me get a new "me" too! I have used Hellen’s coaching services personally and I have known others who have used her services. In all cases she has exhibited sincerity and ability in helping to resolve issues. In my personal case, she delved into my reluctance to discuss issues which were holding me back from achieving professional success. She was able to gain my confidence because of her sincerity and by the gentle, probing questions, she asked. Others that she has worked have said the same thing. I personally know a group of individuals with whom she has worked, and they all came away singing her praises, male and female.
