FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on where the client trains. If I am traveling to someone's home, my fee is based on travel time and distance. If the client schedules through Santa Monica Sports Medicine, there is the possibility that his/her sessions will be covered by health insurance, please call the office to inquire. If the client meets me at the gym there is a flat rate charge of sixty dollars per session, and when I meet the client in home, the price is based on travel time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just completed a structural assessment and corrective exercise course with Justin Price, the creator of the Biomechanics Method, and IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year. Completing this course allowed me to diagnose and correct misalignments at the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and neck that may be causing pain, or interfering with performance.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
An evaluation of the clients needs and base fitness levels precedes the conceptualization and implementation of a functional training program based on the principles of flexibility, agility, power and strength. Plainly stated; I find out what you want, I determine what you need based on your physical assessment, and I design your workouts accordingly. Though certain exercises may be repeated from session to session, each workout is different so you are consistently challenged and engaged. Clients move from exercise to exercise with active rest periods for total body training, improving the tone and texture of the body's musculature and increasing the capacity of the heart and the lungs.
