I had always been intrigued by yoga but quite honestly, I didn't hvae any clue about how to get started. After participating at an intro session, I decided to sign up and Dorothy was my first instructor. Dorothy is a very gifted teacher who is passionate about Yoga as well as her students. In a group setting, she was incredibly helpful and was loved by all of the students in the class. She guided everyone through the class step by step and had this incredible air of calmness and tranquility leaving you feeling amazing after the class was over. In one on one sessions Dorothy was outstanding. We discussed my objectives and she listened carefully. We worked through a well thought out lesson structure and pretty quickly I was accelerating through new poses and flows. As a result I was experiencing yoga in a way that I never thought I would - simply amazing. I would highly recommend Dorothy whether you are a beginner or are highly experienced - her depth of knowledge works so well at all levels. Steve B
