Send someone who is a trained plumber that knows what they are doing. The technician missed three arrival times over nearly 3 hours then seemed to work randomly and slowly. He announced the job was done- and the drain still won’t drain. He charged $425 for NOTHING!

They tried to charge me $325 for unclogging a disposal. (Not a replacement disposal, not a main line) and also refused to accept the coupon on their own website. When I asked for a written estimate he went to his van and drove off. This is a scam. On a Tuesday morning scheduled in advance. I shouldn’t have trusted them and now I’m on social media getting legitimate recommendations.
