Receiving tutoring for GMAT test prep. Steve is very friendly, knowledgeable, and gives solid, realistic advice. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends/anyone who needs a great tutor!
We just recently hired Daniel. So far, he was exceptional at explaining his services and listening to my son's academic needs. We hired him in preparation for the ACT. Daniel is customizing the ACT tutoring in relation to our son's learning style. My son was very pleased with his first session with Daniel, and learned so much about strategies and the break down of the ACT, all in just one session. My son looks forward to continue working with Daniel.
My son is getting a lot out of the 1:1 tutoring. Sarah is really good. So happy with her skills.
The best tutoring service your kids will ever find. No other tutoring center has the same experiance, quality, and the tutoring. They really make sure you know your stuff and make you feel confident before your tests.
Lizzy and Cindy were both an incredible help when it came to writing my Statement of Purpose for Graduate School. I'm now extremely confident with the product I was able to create with their help.
Fantastic! I can recommend Arbor Tutors without any hesitation.
they were fantastic peter was prompt he met with our daughter to assess her skill set and found the appropriate tutor to work woth Her
I took the ACT, and Kristi saved me. On my first practice test, my composite score was 19. After studying with Kristi and Adam, I ended up with a 33 composite on the final test. And considering that I am NOT a math or science person, this score had seemed unimaginable to me before. I got into my first choice school and I know that I honestly could not have done it without the amazing tutoring I received.
I would highly recommend Great Expectations College Prep for anyone with a child planning to attend college!! I've had two daughters go through her program. From SAT/ACT prep to the college application process. Jennifer and her staff gave my girls the confidence and knowledge to take ownership of the college process. Jen and her staff gave all the tools my girls needed to do their best on their tests and guide them through the schools that best met all their needs. The entire process was VERY easy, without stress and my girls happy. I'll be using them for daughter no. 3 in a few years.
Marissa was always incredible to work with. She always kept things fun and interesting, while still making sure I was doing what I needed to do to succeed. I would 100% recommend her to anyone interested in tutoring help.
So far so good! We have only had two sessions, but Megan seems great and definitely knows her stuff.
I had heard of Arbor Tutors through a friend. I hired them to help my daughter with chemistry and math. She ended up with As. Great tutoring. Great price. Super happy with the service I received. FANTASTIC
As an MIT graduate and current physics teacher, I want to help people transform their lives, and I want to see you accomplish more than you can on your own. I have lots of math and science experience as well as test taking. If you need help applying to college, have questions about elite universities, don't understand math, or just need a refresher on a certain science topic, I am the person for you. I feel that I am a kind and open person; you shouldn't be afraid to ask questions! Furthermore, I feel that a lot of people avoid getting a tutor because it is too expensive which is a shame; everyone should have the opportunity to get help if they need it regardless of socioeconomic background. I have scouted the professional private tutoring field to get a feel of the price ranges and I try to give lower rates than other professional services. If you choose me as a tutor, I will work my hardest so that you receive the best deal around! :)
I am a math major from MIT. * 800 SAT I Math * 800 SAT 2 Math * 800 GRE Math Currently, I am a graduate student at UCLA. For over a decade, I have been helping students achieve SAT scores that allow them to apply to their colleges of choice with confidence through quality one-on-one tutoring. One-on-one SAT tutoring produces the best results, and is far more effective than group classes. Whether the student has taken the test once, or is taking it for the first time, a few one-on-one sessions before the exam can make a big difference. An excellent tutor has far more than just mastery of the test material. They are warm, friendly, patient, and can teach the material in the student's own language so that they learn. Years of tutoring full-time have allowed me to cultivate these good qualities. Many of my test prep clients keep me as a subject tutor long after the test. Thank you for reading my post and I wish you success! Roozbeh
I do one-on-one tutoring in all junior high and high school subjects as well as test prep for ACT and SATs.
