Fantastic! I called on Monday to report a leak at my house and they got right on it. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. Andy was terrific. He did a wonderful job of walking me through the problem, explaining -- with pictures -- what was happening under my house and addressing questions that I had. He was patient, kind and professional.Best of all, he and his team worked diligently and expediently. I was grateful that they were able to repair the issue in such a short amount of time.I'll call on these guys again for future repairs. Deana and Andy communicated well throughout the process. Our tenant in a commercial building was having an issue with the toilet flushing. Mr Rooter made the repair super easy to schedule and they were extremely respectful of our commercial tenant's time and space. Andy from Mr. Rooter came out the mid evening the day after Thanksgiving here in Thousand Oaks. He was very courteous, professional and solved the emergency of the kitchen sink backing up in a multi-unit building. Clearly explained what was happening. Very efficient, great communication.
