Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Before you hire a shop, interview the prospective repair shop in person. Do they communicate in terms I understand?. Do they take the necessary time to explain things to me? Do they provide choices or prioritize the repairs? Finally, ask yourself this question "can I work with these people?" and you'll know if you're in the right place.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A customer would probably like to know how much training it takes to be proficient in this profession. The customer would most likely be shocked to know the cost and amount of tools each technician owns. This investment alone shows their dedication to the profession
